In 10 words or less/fewer!

I need to have something for the front page and I thought it would be a good exercise to focus on what ruralnet online is/will be. So homework for today is complete the following phrase in no more than 10 words:

Combined with services like Experts Online and Grantnet, ruralnet|online aims to...

facilitate communication

facilitate communication between like-minded rural advocates.

That's what is says at the moment (on the existing ruralnet online homepage)
Is that what it is?
Is that what it should be?
What does that mean?
Doesn't 'the internet' facilitate communication - wired or wireless - or is it about people and content?

okay so it's two words over,

okay so it's two words over, but here's mine...

WIth regard to the last line

WIth regard to the last line distinctions among usage of the terms "social", "trusted", and "collaborative" are in the applications or uses, not the tools themselves.

Combined with services like

Combined with services like Experts Online and Grantnet, ruralnet|online aims to ... become the home of collaborative engagement for rural affairs.

be the online engine that

be the online engine that drives rural development in the UK.

Logic:
- it's a place people can come to get services like Experts Online but they can also embed these services into their own websites
- it's a place people can register and say 'Yes, this is me and I work in this area but I do it over here.' ruralnet|online would then have to pull it this stuff that is being posted by this person elsewhere.
- it's a place where people can get hold of the tools they need to express their ideas and other people can find and comment on them.
- it's an aggregator of all things rural
- it's a place people can register and say 'Yes, this is me and I work in this area but I do it over here.' Keep me informed without making me visit ruralnet|online everyday.
